Entertainment
Kid Goat's music takes you on a journey through blues, country and rock-n-roll to a place that is pure Americana, complete with brutal honesty, familiar stories and social conscience. Whether it is the tension of edgy rock and roll, the longing and sadness of a country number or the humor in just a damn clever tune, Kid Goat is songs that feel like home played by musicians who feel at home.
Parlor Blues Band plays acoustic jazz and blues with drums, bass, guitar, sax. Tony Phillips, the band's founder plays several instruments as well as sings, writes, arranges, program sequences, produces tracks and performs live.

The Extreme Green Gala is your opportunity to "glam it up" and celebrate the success of the Extreme Green Neighborhood Makeover and everything DC is doing to go green. Formal attire isn't necessary... as long as you feel 'dressed up to the 9's' and ready for a great night out, you will be fine! We recommend you wear layers, as the venue is an outdoor and indoor space. There will be heating lamps, but it is always best to be prepared.
Parking
There is a good amount of available street parking near The Mott House -- just be sure to check the posted signs. If necessary, you could park at the Union Station parking lot, which is about 4 blocks away.
